What you receive from this consultation

Know exactly what you are paying for before you book

No vague promises. After your 45 to 60 minutes study abroad session, these are the concrete outputs you walk away with.

Your deliverables

Everything listed below is included in your consultation fee.

  • A written study abroad pathway summary sent within 24 hours
  • A shortlist of realistic destination and institution options based on your budget, grades, and career goals
  • A personalised document checklist for admissions and student visa stages
  • A phased timeline from school research to enrolment and visa submission
  • Guidance on proof of funds requirements and how sponsors should structure support
  • Honest advice on courses and countries where your profile is competitive versus a stretch

From booking to written assessment

  1. Share your academic profile

You tell us your qualifications, budget range, preferred countries, and target intake. We note gaps early so the session focuses on feasible options, not generic brochures.

  2. Strategy session

We compare pathways: direct entry, foundation, postgraduate routes, and work rights after study. You leave the call understanding trade offs, not just university names.

  3. Written plan delivered

Your written summary includes recommended next steps, checklist items, and a timeline you can follow while researching schools or preparing applications.

  4. Continue with Avalora or self apply

Many clients use the plan independently. If Avalora handles admissions support, visa filing, or both, your consultation fee is deducted from the service package.

Common questions before booking

Will you choose a university for me?

We recommend realistic options and criteria to evaluate schools. Final choice stays yours. We help you avoid programmes that look attractive online but do not fit your visa or career goals.

I do not have all my funds yet. Is it worth booking?

Yes, if you are planning seriously. We clarify how much you need to show, when funds must sit in account, and whether delaying application is smarter than rushing.

Does this cover the student visa application itself?

The consultation covers strategy and planning. Full visa document preparation and submission is a separate Avalora service. Your consultation fee credits toward that if you proceed.

Can parents attend on behalf of the student?

Yes, especially when parents are sponsors. The student should still join if possible so questions about course choice and intent are answered directly.
